Building a new residential community

The plan identifies a need for a range of housing within the city centre. A new community is planned to the north of St George’s, offering a mix of homes at different prices. It will be supported by new education and healthcare facilities to create a vibrant environment. This new community will link with the City Council’s proposed Cultural Quarter, where a new performing arts venue is planned to replace the Haymarket Theatre.
